What I
do is to make a Finance Programme
relevant, fast, furious - and above all
fun - by including:
Reading
financial accounts for your
company (or customers,
competitors and suppliers)
Calculating
practical financial measures
Understanding
what is in the Financial Times
Seeing
the difference between cash and
profits
Interpreting
what your regular management
information pack contains
Calculating
capital expenditure decisions
Appreciating
what the Euro mean for you
Choosing
the company car or cash
